- Products must be in original packaging (golf bags must include dust bags, headcovers must include protective packaging)
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Golf Balls (once packaging is opened)
- Golf Gloves
- Divot Tools
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
- Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
