Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary for international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Return Policy

  • 15-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Products must be in original packaging (golf bags must include dust bags, headcovers must include protective packaging)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Golf Balls (once packaging is opened)
  • Golf Gloves
  • Divot Tools
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Contact customer service within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization
    We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Package and Ship
    Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Use the provided return label (US) or follow international return instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    After receipt at our warehouse (5-7 business days for domestic returns), we’ll inspect within 2 business days and notify you of status.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Exchange Process

  • For equal-value exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • For higher-value items: You’ll be invoiced for the difference after selecting your replacement

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
