At Elite Golf Store, we take pride in delivering tour-quality golf equipment to players who demand precision and performance. While we meticulously inspect every product before shipment, we understand that occasionally an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail that serious golfers expect from their gear.
Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most products in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain premium items may have different requirements (see exceptions below).
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging (golf bags must include dust bags, headcovers must include protective packaging)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf Balls (once packaging is opened)
- Golf Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Divot Tools (due to small part safety regulations)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (for US returns) or follow international return instructions.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt at our warehouse (typically 5-7 business days for domestic returns), we’ll inspect the item(s) within 2 business days and notify you of the status.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. For higher-value items, you’ll be invoiced for the difference after selecting your replacement.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
